You can now create multiple custom email templates, separately for Iris Photos and Art Images, giving you full control over how your images are delivered to customers.

What’s new:

New dynamic fields available:

These fields are automatically replaced with real data when emails are sent, making every message personal and professional.

Custom Iris Export Sizes

You can now save your iris images in ready-to-use sizes, perfect for necklaces, mobile wallpapers, and smartwatches.

Available export sizes:

• Original – full resolution

Necklace sizes:

• 0.47 in (142 × 142 px)
• 0.55 in (165 × 165 px)
• 0.79 in / 2 cm (236 × 236 px)
• 1 in / 2.54 cm (300 × 300 px)

Mobile backgrounds:

• Portrait (1170 × 2532 px)
• Landscape (2532 × 1170 px)
• Smartwatch backgrounds
• Apple Watch (410 × 502 px)
• Android Watch (450 × 450 px)

Custom size:

• set your own dimensions

This makes exporting images for printing, jewelry, and devices fast and hassle-free.

Timezone & Date Format Settings 🌍

You can now customize how dates and times are displayed across the app.

• Set your local timezone so all dates reflect your location
• Choose your preferred date format
• Exported files and timestamps now match your studio settings

This ensures consistency across photos, exports, and reports.

Where to set it up?

Go to Studio Settings scroll down to "Time and Date" section

You can now upload up to 10 photos at once.

• Select up to 10 photos in a single upload
• All selected photos will automatically use the same customer details (name, email, reference ID, etc.)
• Faster workflow for sessions and events

Where to find it?

Go to Photos -> click Batch Upload

You can now control how photo and art files are named by including customer and studio details automatically.

What you can do:

Build custom filename patterns for Photos and Art

Include details like:

• Customer name or email
• Studio name
• Creation or export date
• Template name (for Art)
• Always keep a unique Photo ID / Art ID to avoid duplicates

This makes exported files easier to organize, search, and match with your workflows.

Where to set up?

Go to Photo Settings scroll down to "Download Settings" section

Add your own Reference ID to each photo (e.g. CRM ID, Booking ID, Client ID).

You can:
- Add a Reference ID when uploading a new photo
- Edit the Reference ID for existing photos
- Search photos using the Reference ID
- Export files with the Reference ID included in the filename

This makes it easy to link photos with your internal systems and workflows.

Where to find it?

Go to Photos -> click Add Photo

You can now use our new advanced AI Iris Analysis, which automatically delivers a unique, personalized story about each person’s eyes.

What happens automatically:

• Uniqueness Score based on iris rarity
• Detection of key iris anatomy features (crypts, collarette, freckles, furrows, pupil)
• Top 5 colors found in the iris
• personalized Iris Story
• Fun and educational eye facts
• A ready-to-share Iris Analysis Report

How to try it?

Go to Photo Details and click Iris Analysis.

Automatically sync your customer emails with your company’s Mailchimp account.

Once enabled, every new or updated customer will have their name and email automatically added or updated in your Mailchimp audience.
